As Property Manager: We take the time to communicate with the Board, address concerns and issues, prepare mailing labels to members for monthly assessments, pay approved association bills, produce financial reports as required, monitor the budget and make recommendations for improvements, and monitor Reserves for Replacements accounts. |

As Managers of the Association: We will communicate with the unit owners, address concerns and find remedies; issue violation notices regarding rules and regulations; attend annual membership meeting; act as liaison between membership and Board; assist in creation and enforcement of association rules and regulations; assist in selection of accountants, attorneys, engineers, and other professionals. |

As Managers of Association Finances: We will collect assessments or other fees; address delinquent assessments and assist in collection of same; pay the association’s approved outstanding bills; prepare financial reports; monitor the budget; and communicate with legal counsel if necessary. (In some instances, an additional collection/management fee may apply.) |
