Company Profile Offerman & Associates is a full-service brokerage located in the Joliet (Will County) area, and also serves surrounding counties such as DuPage, Grundy, and Kane. Offerman & Associates is celebrating their 40th anniversary in the Real Estate industry this year. The Offermans managed their own real estate holdings for the first 10 years, 1968 to 1978. Both Bill and Jeanne obtained their Real Estate licenses and began managing properties for others in 1982. Offerman & Associates became a full service Real Estate Company in the 1990’s, offering property management of townhome and condominium associations as well as sales, listings and fee appraisal services. Offerman & Associates also implemented a bookkeeping and accounting system that enables them to manage multiple accounts.
